India must provide intelligent-answer to intelligent-questions by law. If law is made complex(to)(subjective),then law is naturally respected by all. Purpose of punishment is to deter further occurrences of crime but not seeking revenge on criminal. Legal scholars must know.

Any state law having death punishment is not social law.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
