"Yadhaa raja thadhaa praja" means what rajya likes is also liked by people. Suppose if rajya(the state) likes everlasting peace(equality by respecting high and low with one-over-one level) and knowledge(sensible mindful voice by name),then people also likes same.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
