If you read English poetry,you will know power of English(sense) over Indian languages. English gives thought.Sanskrit and Indian languages give law. Both lawless thought and thoughtless law are natural among common people.So Indian national congress is legal authority against lawless thought and thoughtless law. Every Indian voter need not be asked to vote for Indian National Congress.As one is being self in his self at first and self in other at next,he has no other option except to vote for hand as Indian national congress only rules ultimately.
