Any nation who has friendship with "appearing-ignorant USA" will loose social dignity in world. USA should change itself into being-ignorant or being-knowledgeable. Or USA should change itself into "being no.2 to no.2" which means "being true no.1".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
