Ignorant knows that he/she is ignorant..But knowledgeable doesn't know that he is not knowledgeable. That means that mind has no sense.But sense has its own mind.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
