I wish to "invent semi-automatic" to every automatic thing.
I wish to invent spiritual(social-mind)(subjective-objectivity) machine which can make "rise and fall"    
 in social-law(crime and birth-death rate) statistics as "dynamically stable".
May I ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
