1).IN IMPERIAL DYNASTIC GOVT,DYNASTIC HEAD TENURE WILL BE LIFETIME.
IN SOCIAL MATURE(or immature) DEMOCRATIC ELECTED GOVT,ELECTED FAMILY MEMBER TENURE WILL BE JUST 5 YEARS.

2).IN IMPERIAL DYNASTIC GOVT,DYNASTIC HEAD OF GOVT MAY or MAY NOT CONTINUE POLICIES OF HIS ANCESTRAL PREDECESSOR/S.
IN SOCIAL MATURE(or immature) DEMOCRATIC ELECTED GOVT,ELECTED FAMILY MEMBER WILL BE FORCED/COMPELLED TO CONTINUE POLICIES OF HIS ANCESTRAL PREDECESSOR/S as his/her 5 year term election 'continuity' will be only on the basis of his or his ancestral predecessor/s policies.

No two family members 'both mindful-voice(antispiritual) and mindful-word(heart)' will never be the same.
