     Pakistan has so many systems and bodies to function as sovereign republic.

     Then how can pakistan military,pakistan govt and pakistani people and parties function against indian govt,indian people and indian military as indian parties used to accuse every now and then?

     IN PLURAL WORLD SOCIETY,IF A NATION ACCUSES ANOTHER AS WRONG,THEN BOTH NATIONS SHOULD SIT AND TALK BETWEEN ALL THREE(GOVT-TO-GOVT,PEOPLE'S PARTIES-TO-PEOPLE'S PARTIES AND MILITARY-TO-MILITARY) LEVELS TO 

DE-ESCALATE ISSUES.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
