కౄరత్వము నకు కౄరత్వముగా లేకపోతే ఎలా ?
        జంతువుకు ఆలోచన(పాత్ర ధారణ ) ఉంటుంది కాని మేధో పరమైన ఆలోచన (పాత్ర ధారణ ) ఉండదు.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
