If indian police don't change their negativity into neutral-positivity,then they will be made to change into so by ruling(aspirants) party.
Then they will realise value of believing in others by appearing as respectful.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
