     Driver requires mind on short (front-side) view,long over-view and rear view SIMULTANEOUSLY.

     If traffic police has will power,then they can enforce all three views on driver.

     Traffic police dept may take help of transportation engineering dept of indian university civil engg colleges to minimise accidents.

    Speed breakers is the only solution to avoid road accidents on highways "WELL BEFORE" APPROACHING ROAD-CROSSINGS ON HIGH-WAYS. 
    Is R & B dept sleeping on daily road accidents?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
