   Income-tax officials! Raids on film industry must be on regular basis.
   PUBLIC NEED BE EDUCATED THAT every rupee lost by income-tax dept is loss to people themselves.
   TAX-LAWS ARE WEAK AND AMBIGUOUS IN INDIA.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
