Social problem is in govt adminstration which is rotten with USELESS-SELF(INTELLECT) AND APPEARING-SELF(INTELLECT). AAP and BJP must know it in delhi.

Both indian national congress led UPA and bharatiya janata party led NDA are moral.But govt adminstration is IMMORAL.This is voter education.
   So voters need strengthen self(intellect)(INC) party to defeat selfish force which is immoral force in govt adminstration.
   I IDENTIFIED-ANALYSED SOCIAL PROBLEM.IT IS VOTERS DUTY TO FIX IT BY CASTING THEIR VOTES TO INC BY DEFEATING BOTH UPA AND NDA.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
