     Pleader pleads on behalf of client in past immature social democracy.BUT plaintiff and defendent/s are pleading with law court judge against pleader in present mature democratic society. 
     EVERY PERSON IS BASICALLY A PLEADER.
     EVERY PERSON IS BASICALLY A POLICEMAN.
     EVERY PERSON IS BASICALLY A LAW COURT JUDGE.
     Isn't it so?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
