     Yes! MIND(law) IS MIND(law).Nobody is above law.I support USA in above case.
    But alibi is indian adminstration @ revenue dept.
    DOESN'T INDIAN GOVT  KNOW OVER ALL THESE PAST 65 YEARS THAT THE SOLE PROBLEM-SOLUTION FOR INDIAN CORRUPTION IS WITH REVENUE DEPT UNDER FINANCE MINISTRY?
    Whole world self(knowledge) knows that solution is where problem is.
   Indian political scene & its parties are well-settled and right.
   Only indian govt adminstration SELF(KNOWELEDGE) since 1857 A.D.is ABSTRACT THOUGHT in stead of LATERAL THOUGHT BY ABSTRACT MIND. 
   Above abstract sense by indian adminstration caused social-problem(CORRUPTION).Can indian revenue district collectors tell me atleast now where the solution to corruption problem lies?
  SOLUTION TO CORRUPTION IS WHERE PROBLEM IS.
