తెలియటము అంటే ఎదుటి వ్యక్తి ప్రశ్న వేసినప్పుడు సంతృప్తి కరమైన సమాధానము ఇవ్వటము . 
తెలిసినట్లు కనిపించటము అంటే ఎదుటి వ్యక్తి పరీక్ష చేసినప్పుడు సంతృప్తికరమైన సమాధానము ఇవ్వలేక పోవటము . 
Knowing and appears-knowing are different.
Knowing means giving satisfactory reply when other person examines.
Appears-knowing means unable to give satisfactory reply when other person examines.
