When we have devil and/or demon within,we need divine.Otherwise where is need for divinity for humans who do and correct mistakes?

Indian police and US govt are "necessary" anarchy.
Indian mediocre and RUSSIAN govt are "unnecessary" anarchy.
So we must divide and include subjects for peace and truth.
