What is this nonsense indian constitution which has no EXPLICIT mention of accounting system and citizen's duty by freedom?
No computer will ok ambiguous indian constitution.  
Law colleges and police system must shift their work into computer science and social psychology.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
