In stead of giving death for death,judiciary has to think about why death is being perpetrated unnaturally.
It is because we are being personal TO social.
We should change ourselves by applying mind to be social word TO social word.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
