remedy for intelligent ignorance

Intelligent/wise/intellectual ignorants should not be taught.
One may ask what will we do with ignorants.
Simple.
One should manage being ignorant with intelligent ignorant/s at first and govern their voice into moral-legality at every next.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
