About alcoholism and liquor prohibition,I wish to reiterate that AS WORLD IS DYNAMIC,THERE WILL BE TIGHTNESS AND SLACKNESS IN SYSTEMIC MIND.So it is practically not possible to eradicate liquor consumption from society.
In stead,we can pass law to file criminal case on paymasters to drunkards at every next instance.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
