India has excessive morality and excessive devotion.
EXCESSIVE IS NOT HIGH.

 World nations have low morality and low devotion.

 So my duty is to make both excessive and low as high.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
