పని వారలకు పని నైపుణ్యము కలిగిన I T I సర్టిఫికేట్ ప్రధానము చేయాలి .
ఉద్యోగులకు పని పురమాయించే నైపుణ్యము కలిగిన డిప్లొమా ప్రధానము చేయాలి .
యజమానులకు ఉద్యోగులను మరియు పని వారలను ఇద్దరినీ పురమాయించే నైపుణ్యము కలిగిన డిగ్రీ ప్రధానము చేయాలి .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
