I see perversion in many engineering students.

Those who join engineering course must know that they can't become engineers after 4 years of course study.
Becoming engineer is only after social blossoming over 20 years.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
