True anti-social force

Mediocre mind is more dangerous than anti-spiritual mind.

 True anti-social force is more of police force and less of anti-spiritual force which can be as in-between the two forces.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
