BUT INSTRUCTOR(ACHARYA) IS NOT SOCIALLY VULNERABLE BEING.

 As class-instruction system is dependent on examination-evaluation system and text-book system,examination-evaluation system and text-book system need INCLUDE SOCIAL-MIND.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
