Those who ENGINEER(control system-devise power-design machine-build structure of right spirit for right matter by NAME-FACE-VOICE-SENSE) civic society towards UNIFORM FEELING "SHOULD NOT CHANGE IN CHANGING TIMES".

 So anti-spiritual force which is legal at its self is good.
And reactionary force which is pro-establishment being change of person/decision is also good.
Hence imperial force which is composed of antispiritual force and reactionary force will be good.
Therefore police and their public should change into good.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
