అపుడే తాను మాటలాడే అవకాశం వుంటుంది .
ఇక్కడ తాను ఎదుటి వ్యక్తి దగ్గరకు వచ్చాడా లేక ఎదుటి వ్యక్తి తన దగ్గరకు వచ్చాడా అన్నది సాంఘిక అప్రస్తుతము .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
