SENSE SHOULD PREVAIL AFTER TWO SETS OF ARGUMENTS AND TWO SETS OF COUNTER-ARGUMENTS.

Police are proved as lawful-becomings during present system-change.
So public should not ask police advice in case of system-conflict and professional-conflict.
As public will also be lawful becomings if public follow police advice by asking.

 Police advice is solicited only if there is crime and law & order problem BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
