Law(mind) has two stages.1).IMMATURITY 2).MATURITY.

 From january month of 2013 A.D.,law(mind) entered MATURITY stage in world.

 Law(mind) has 8 sensible levels at next as its voice has nonlinear 8 levels at first.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
