As imperial governance became ignorant,antisocial and reactionary forces need start hearing and voicing

In present india,why people need PAY BOTH SUBSCRIPTION MONEY TO HINDU RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS AND TAX MONEY TO IMPERIAL GOVT.?
My suggestion is that if imperial govt.becomes humanist govt,then people pay ONLY TAX MONEY TO HUMANIST GOVT.AND AVOID PAYING SUBSCRIPTION MONEY TO HINDU RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS.
TAX AND SUBSCRIPTION ARE AIMED AT SOLVING IMMORALITY.BUT TAX AND SUBSCRIPTION ARE THEMSELVES BECOMING IMMORAL.

 EXCESSIVE THINKING CAUSES LOSS OF HEARING AND VOICING IN DAILY LIFE.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
