Arrest family planning from now as it PREVAILED as sinful deed.

FROM NOW(MARCH 2013 A.D.),I AM AGAINST FAMILY PLANNING.
In my social research,it is found that family planning is giving scope to thought of divorce and uncontrolled desires. 
THE WORLD LEADER SHOULD LEAD PEOPLE DYNAMICALLY TO COME OUT OF SINFUL-DEED(family-planning).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
