 MORAL-LEGAL:There is SLIGHT(0.001%) DIFFERENCE BETWEEN any two pairs of light and sound frequencies.That makes 1000 "pairs of eyes and ears" into approximate 250 nation flag characters TO BE RIGHT/GOOD CHARACTER.

 IMMORAL-LEGAL:But making 1000 "pairs of eyes and ears" into 500 nation flag characters WILL BE CHARACTERLESS.
