Mature age is required for politics and adminstration as well as imagination.

We human beings will be one at first and zero at next as we came-from and go-to infinity.
So we should have social(four to their four each by self)(negative OF negative-positive AS WELL AS positive OF negative-positive). for moral-legality.
A leader is always NEGATIVE as reverse elite to keep social disorder away from him/her.
An adminstrator is always POSITIVE to solve problems.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
