So automobile drivers should learn average speeds which should not be crossed between a particular point to another point while travelling.
Overtaking should ALWAYS be from right side.
While turning into side lanes,MINIMUM SPEED(say 20kmph) should be maintained.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
