If official lethargy  is solved by an instant-solution(gun believer),then another instant-solution(gun believer) crops up to solve first instant-solution AND SO ON.
SO BETTER LATE SERVED THAN NEVER SERVED.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
