Many people used to ask me whether morality is physical or psychological.
My reply is that morality is both physical and psychological.Morality starts from psyche and ends at physique.
So immoral traffic cases in any part of world need be pursued with both psychological and physical angles.
Indian immorality is physical in case of women and psychological in case of men.
