The difference between web camera and personal(professional) camera is that through web,one can be seen by all;through personal(professional) camera,one can be seen by his preferred audience only.Both have distinct purpose.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
