Board/committee meetings will be healthy by diabolical(rotating force) & dualism(reciprocating force).Lack of diabolism leads to SKIN-LEVEL diseases.Lack of dualism leads to HEART-LEVEL diseases.

Board means more than two members.
Board means mainly three member-groups(finance,HRD,marketing).
So in changing times from good times and bad times,colluding groups will be colluded.
Hence voting for majority on issues will exist in board meetings azenda.
