Where is social character among either employees or CEOs in police,business and media organisations in india?
I ask police,business and media organisations CEOs to instruct self and others to have social(concert of 20 persons) character.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
