Imperial force is not immoral-legal like indian police & USA govt.
Imperial force is good at first but bad at next.
Imperial force is half-truth.
Present struggle of police constables wives against APSP batallion commandant is struggle against immoral-legality. 
INDIAN POLICE MEANS MORAL-LEGAL DUTY.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
