District means nativity.One must belong to his/her district.

Indian imperialists replaced british imperialists in rule for past 65 years.
Imperial force within means half-truthful.

So INC need become truthful from its instability theory of indira gandhi,rajiv gandhi & sonia gandhi.
Until then INC don't get majority parliament seats.
INC need be rebuilt at district level.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
