Actors don't have self-voice to get either voice votes or vote's vote. 
To get vote and seat,one should be intellectual who can influence of legal,spiritual,social media and imagination for system change.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
