Social democracy in indian film industry is govt.duty.

Human is by real and imagination.
imagination is by film exhibition.
Film production,distribution & exhibition need to be social democratic.
At present,indian film industry is under imperial forces.
Social democracy in indian film industry is that everyone by his/her native direction can access film industry to show his/her camera skills.
Film industry being personal is social criminal.
So indian film industry is dying now.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
