Film industry is imagination.
Imagination is needed for reality towards truth.
So govt.need democratise film industry.
Present indian film industry is in imperial grip of few families.
Everyone wants to show camera skill on public screen.
So govt.need facilitate social democracy in personal monarchy.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
