Govt & motherland are different.

Social is govt.
Country-nation is motherland.
A person has to do for country-nation & motherland.
Why a person has to do for social & govt.?
As we are giving our personal money by paying taxes,we naturally ask govt.what it has done to its people.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
