Definition of hard work

Spiritual(native) research & social(indian) research are becoming different.But social(indian) & spiritual(hindu) are same.
Hard work is 99.999% personal voice in 0.001% social sense.
Hard work is not 99.999% social voice.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
