One can understand good intentions and frustrations of USA govt and indian police regarding insane public.
One can understand difference between insane public and responsive public.
But everyone is asking USA govt and indian police why they didn't support HUMAN DESIGN of true democracy(discipline of clarity by non-linearity for sense) by indian national congress builder M K gandhi for the past 60 yrs?
Why world police had IMPERIAL DESIGN of showing arrest warrant to persecute/kill accused at will?
M K gandhi knows IMPERIAL DESIGN.So he took pains of building HUMAN DESIGN in INC as alternative.
It is not enough to have discipline,clarity & non-linearity.Human sense is also needed which lacked in imperial dogs.
It is not enough to have weapon power & pen power but also human sense.
Yes! INC has also reason to be against system like indian police and USA govt.
Human sense(logic) is that this whole world is ever-changing.
So for system change,police as one should be for system from first to last.
