STORY WRITING IS FOR PUBLIC TO READ.
Story writing & letter writing are different.
Writer must be known for story.
Reader must be known for letter.
Title must be known for blog.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
