There are 6000 social castes by their work in city/world.
Out of 6000 social castes,666 castes EACH in working class/employee class/businessperson class are IMMORAL LOW.
So 2000 castes need to be uplifted into dynamic moderate by humanist indian national congress now towards constitutional EQUALITY.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
